Fort McKay Métis Nation is accepting catering bids for the FMMN MMSC Imperial CAG meeting on November 4, 2026. Catering is required for 25 people.
Bid deadline: Thursday, October 29, 2026, at noon (MDT). Submit bids to Kristie Faichney at kfaichney@fortmckaymetis.com.
Requested menu
One meat and one stew, soup or pasta option; bannock; one or two dessert options; one or two types of salad; coffee and tea; and assorted beverages.
Bid requirements
Include a copy or proof of a valid safe food-handling certificate with your bid.
The caterer must provide servers and clean up after the meal. Some support may be provided by FMMN staff to serve if needed. All utensils, plates, cups, napkins and condiments, including salt and pepper, must be provided by the caterer.
Selection and questions
A caterer will be selected no later than October 30, 2026. Respondents will be notified directly of the final decision.
