Felix is a grassroots member who has lived in Fort McKay his entire life. He is passionate about his position as a councillor, ensuring that the youth portfolio is effectively managed by advocating for programs and services that benefit FMMN youth. Felix also manages the Metis Rights portfolio.

He currently shadows President Quintal in business development and is a McKay Metis Group director.
